It's been great to get back teaching Pilates in the Studio this week and the classes have been pretty busy.
Last night we used the MOTR (Movement on the Roller) which is based on the Pilates Reformer and offers a more advanced way of working.
We focus here on balance, strength and flexibility.
It's best to do some Pilates matwork before you start with the MOTR or book a private session with me here first.
